Data Protection Policy

KARL Airport Parking Ltd. does not have access to any financial details for Customers – all web-based financial transactions between a Customer and Karl Airport Parking Ltd. are dealt with by Pay and Shop Ltd. trading as Realex Payments.  Any personal information collected by KARL Airport Parking Ltd. to process your booking will be stored securely and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or bodies without the express consent of the Customer.  Karl Airport Parking Ltd. may alter this Policy from time to time and Customers should ensure they have checked the Policy at the time of booking.

Sales Policy 

KARL Airport Parking Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to take a booking.  A reason for refusal may or may not be given.  All prices are quoted in £stg and include VAT applicable at the point of sale.  The length of stay is calculated inclusive of arrival and departure dates irrespective of entry or exit time.  The parking charge may vary from time to time.  However, the amount charged for a booking paid for in advance will be binding on KARL Airport Parking Ltd. unless the charge is made in error in which case either the charge will be amended or the booking will be cancelled and refunded.  KARL Airport Parking Ltd. will endeavour to transfer Customers to and from the Airport as quickly as possible, but it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure they arrive in sufficient time to enable the transfer to take place and comply with the Airport’s check in procedures.

Refund Policy

A booking will only be considered for a refund on receipt of a written application from the Customer prior to the intended arrival time.  Consideration of a refund for early departure from the car park will be entirely at the discretion of KARL Airport Parking Ltd.  Any refund will include VAT applicable at the point of sale.

Parking & Security Arrangements

On arrival at the car park Customers should provide a copy of their Booking Confirmation to the KARL Airport Parking staff who will check the details and direct them to their parking space.  It is the responsibility of the Customer to park and secure their own vehicle.  All cars are parked at the owners risk and Customers will retain their car keys.  The Free Courtesy Bus will then be available to transport the Customer, with their luggage, to Belfast International Airport.  Customers are responsible for ensuring all of their luggage is loaded into and taken out of the Courtesy Bus.  Abnormal items of luggage, such as bicycles etc., will not be permitted in the Coutesy Bus and must be deposited at the Airport by the Customer before they arrive at the car park and collected from the Airport after they leave the car park.
